My pup Oakley goes here twice a week, we just moved to VA a month ago and this is THE ONLY place that meets the standards of how dog daycare should be. Al and Sean are amazing, kind and caring. Trust me when I say this place meets and exceeds the standards. OTHER places stink of piss, that is not okay and your dog will likely get ill at some point. I was given a tour and this place is CLEAN! They take good care of the facility, they even have webcams to watch your dog playing inside and outside while at daycare and they have webcams so you can watch your dog during boarding. That transparency is key when it comes to the care of "Man's best friend". I truly appreciate Pet Grand Hotel, and so does my pup! We had a great experience with getting our dogs (golden doodle and morkie) groomed.  Sean was so friendly and took us on a tour of the facility.  Definitely took their time with our dogs. Found our new groomer for sure.
